9:30am  Carson was up at 6am and ready to eat (his meds cause increased hunger).  I made him fresh pasta and then some waffles.  I then gave him a shower.  He is having a few side affects this morning, so he is currently taking a nap.

The day is beautiful here in San Diego so Debbie took Abby on a long walk this morning.  They are back and now stuffing the bird (Debbie is, Abby is sleeping) and getting ready to pop it in to the oven.  I will watch some football and wait for my best friend to wake up.  This day should be filled with us outside playing football or golf or something, but our lives have changed.  If he is feeling good, I may take Carson out for a ride on our golf cart.

The rest of the day will be filled with games, shooting some pool, watching TV, maybe a nap, but most of all laughing and saying thank you that we are still a family.

This journey has many ups and downs as you can tell and read.
